- The cause and your intent of return must be specified.

- The delivery fees for return of goods shall be borne by customers, unless a faulty good is sent through our mistake.

- All original packaging: brand tags, security tags, bags and boxes must be returned with the products.

- If for the reason of size differences you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for an exchange of same items in a different size.

- Refund is only possible if faulty items are sent while can’t be replaced or repaired.

- Products return must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the products. All products must be returned to us within 7 days (Hong Kong/Macau) or 14 days (China/Overseas) upon notification of return.

- Returns are not acceptable for sale items.

- The colour of the product shown on the computer screen may be different to its true colour due to the difference in resolution. You must accept such variation in colour and cannot request for a return for such reason.


Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair or exchange faulty items. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a FULL refund if the item with same size and same color can’t be replaced or repaired, which includes the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

You can choose to return the faulty items to us via one of the following methods:

1) In person, with the returned goods in original packaging, come to our showroom for exchange, before you do so, please send us a email to notify us.

2) Post, please see below for return procedure.


1) Send us an email to info@yi-ming.asia with the order number and your name to request a return.

2) We will reply your email with a returns form attached.

3) Fill in the returns form and send with your item to the following address:

4) Please remember to ask your post office/carrier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money for faulty items if we do not receive your parcel.


If you want to replace your items for a different size, you may contact our customer service at (852) 3111-2268 / email us at info@yi-ming.asia to arrange for the return and exchange of products.


Failed delivery attempts. Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If our carriers find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel it will be returned to us and we will store it for 30 days. If, after all the attempts, we still can’t reach you, your parcel will be cancelled without refund . Please contact us if you require re-shipping within 30 days, additional shipping fee will be charged.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned package, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will automatically be issued as same form as the original payment, within 14 working days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process, the time can vary greatly and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except faulty items. 

The shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.
